The server room is a 4 m² (43 ft²) room adjecent to the computer lab, and is home to the Meayll: 8U data rack – which houses my production network attached storage nodes – and the Twoaie: 20U server rack – where I am building a virtualisation cluster, a backup server, network attached storage, and a storage area network – so that I can test and try different techniques to learn, and develop skills in new networking and systems administration techniques.
